I know they said he is safe for next season, but how do you sell his return to fanbase and recruits?

Does Pittman do the right thing and fall on his own sword for the program to move on?

That's what they said ab Jimbo the Tuesday before his last game, so anything's possible.

Still not out of the realm of possibilty, but he was directly asked if he was considering retiring a week ago and he very much denied it while claiming "I still believe I'm the right man for this job. Retirement is out of the question"

He also went on to say that it's not as bad as the fans and media are making it out to be, losing so much is totally not a big deal and everyone calling for his firing is hurting recruiting

The man seriously had the balls to say all that
