I hope it is real. If I find out my waiter/waitress is an Auburn or Tennessee fan I don't tip them. I also don't tip ugly girls. I should write a guide on who to tip.

Actually, you should tell your server about your policy BEFORE they bring your food or drink.

I don't tell them at all. I just don't leave a tip if they let their fandom slip or if it is an ugly chick. I'm sure they won't lose sleep over it.
