They definitely have a shot. If Dobbs doesn't go full Kyle Allen/JJ mode, it should be a competitive game.

There is always a shot.
Alabama turns it over five times, then yeah I could see it happening.

This is by far our best shot since 2009 imo. I could see Bama blowing Tennessee out because they seem to be hitting their stride but I could also see this turning into a dogfight if Dobbs shows up. Astrodobbs is going to have to go off ala Cam or JFF for VOLS to win this game.
My biggest fear is Kiffin exploiting our defensive backs.

I don't expect Dobbs to start forcing things. He is very conservative for the most part and will take off running or get sacked before he makes stupid throws.

I always think we have a shot

I've got 4 words for ya: Appa Lach Ian State
It's college football. Anything can happen - especially in a rivalry game. If Bama thinks they can just roll their helmets out there and win, bye bye playoff hopes.
Having said that, right now the line is Bama -15.5 (on covers.com). If it moves back down to 14 (doubtful), I will be in Vegas this weekend and unload a dump truck of cash on Bama.
But, there's always a chance.

They've definitely got a shot. Not a great one but a shot nonetheless.
TENN can be a dangerous team. They would have to have a great game but it would not shock me.

Butch Jones is still coaching, right?

I would like to see what the line for this game would be if VOLS were 5-1 and did not give away the Florida and Oklahoma games.

They would get hammered even worse. The only chance they have is if bama doesn't get up for the game. They'd be hyped up for a 5-1 TN team for sure.

If Bama repeats their Ole Miss game performance, sure, Tenn has a shot.

Tennessee could've and should've beaten Oklahoma. Oklahoma is about even with Bama, if not slightly better. If the Vols show up and don't choke the game away in the second half they absolutely are capable of competing and even winning.

Certainly they have a shot. A couple of very close calls and the team hasn't quit. They've been improving steadily as well. If Bama sleepwalks or continue their poor home game performance streak it can happen.

They have a shot, but will have to play almost perfect to win
