I wasn't trying to cause a big stink or create an argument. I understand that in 2006 Gus had 2 RBs over 1000 yards, but it was an unreal duo and a wildly terrible QB/HC situation. I feel like when Gus gets complete control of the offense and when it's most successful, he relies on a QB to run the ball. No?

I'm not saying there is anything wrong with it by any stretch. It just seems like he does everything he can to take advantage of his threat at QB if he has one.

His offense changes due the the teams strengths. If Nick still has trouble throwing this season, we will run more, if not we wont.

Obviously, as would be the case with any coach. But you don't need Nick to throw less to get 2 RBs in the top 8. You need him to run less.

Whatever, this is stupid. If AU has 2 RBs in top 8, barring a Marshall ACL tear against Arkansas or something of the sort, then I'll come back and admit that I was way off base.
