My mom usually gets me shirts from colleges she visits while on trips/conferences. I don't have any other SEC gear, but a little bit of GT stuff.

I'm a bit superstitious at times, so out of respect, I sometimes wear my dad's Ole Miss graduation ring on occasions when I want Ole Miss to win, or if they are playing us...to lose.

Never. I don't even wear certain colors, like orange or purple. Nor, do I let my kids wear other school attire.

The only stuff from other SEC schools I wear is a grey "LSU Football" shirt that my big brother got me when he visited LSU (he thought about going there). But its a really comfortable shirt, had it since 99.
I do have a Texas National Champs shirt that I bought when I was visiting Austin in the summer of 2006. Kinda ironic that I happen to own a shirt from the last non-SEC national champ.
Oh and I frickin hate maroon.

Centre College (D3). My brother plays basketball for them. Other than that, no.

A most sensitive subject as I once discovered. Folks don't like it one bit when you point them out as sidewalk alumni.

I did purchase a Texass tshirt last year. It was a Christmas gift for my Uncle in law who is a huge OU fan and booster.
