Yeah, during the season I guess I learn about most teams through watching games. But I don't look up other teams websites. But that's just me.

I keep up with the Gators a pretty good bit along with Bama. And I I get all of the we-are-awesome updates from the usual L5U, Vol, and Ole Miss suspects.
But I'm not a 'breaking news, from Athens' type of person.

No lie, I get most of my LSU updates on this board. Usually from Alabama, Arkansas, or A&M sources here.
It's useful, then I dig around on more reputable sites for the true story.

I don't keep up, but I live in Bham, so it is hard to not get a bunch of info, I like talk radio & listen to sports talk some, esp during football season, so I wind up knowing more than I care to

I know for sure your fanbase has 2 posters on this site that dont even post in alabama topics unless they involve tennessee. And no,i dont really follow alabama anymore than i read on this site or an sec athlon magazine.

If I were to post something about Auburn, LSU, Bama, aTm - the immediate response would be some shite about how it's "all *teamname* all the time" or "*teamname* living rent free in your head".
If I were to post something about UGA, I would get told to keep it on the UGA board.

For one week a year I am 100 percent invested in Bama's season. The rest of the year I don't keep up with them anymore than any other team in the SEC. For the record this is my philosophy for every team LSU plays. I care when they play LSU and just watch for fun the rest of the time.

I watch football. If LSU isn't playing, I will watch the best game on. If that happens to be Bama or another SEC team, then sure, I follow them.
The only thing I do that can be considered "following" is looking at the box scores of all SEC games, and maybe watching highlights.
