When watching Penn State destroy Auburn they kept referring to the stadium as "Jerdan-Hare Stadium", yet it's spelled Jordan-Hare. Not sure what kind of trailer park school district y'all went to but here in Texas, "Jordan" is pronounced as "Jordan".

We have former Longhorns golfer Jordan Spieth, not Jerdan Spieth. The Cowboys had a great linebacker from Alabama named Lee Roy Jordan, not Lee Roy Jerdan.

Watched Michael Jordan in the 80's and 90's and never once heard him called Michael Jerdan.

Perhaps one of you good ole boys can help me out with your voodoo pronunciations?

In other words, you have no idea why the good folks down in Auburn pronounce Jordan as Jerdan either?

Because the war hero very close Auburns heart that the stadium is named for, pronounced his names that way.

Why are you concerned? You pronounce your own state Texas, when the correct pronunciation is Tejas.

Texas is pronounced 'tex-arse'.

Longhorn is pronounced 'dildo-waving-COCKSUCKER'

Thanks for the information. I'd never heard of Ralph "Shug" Jordan before. I appreciate his service to our country!

Can you explain the pronunciation of his last name?

It’s the man’s name. You appear to have been completely ignorant of this and how his name was pronounced.

I suppose it's equivalent to you Texans pronouncing your own state, "Tayx-arse", when it's spelled, "Tex-as".

Your teapot sure blows at both ends.
