I think we will beat bamas tail every year... Why would this one be different. Each year our team is just as potent as bamas (if not more so)... Bama fans are too delusional to admit it,

Bama has won the last three against LSU, and two of those wins came by 21 points. One of them was a shutout.

40%. We have a solid chance and some advantages but Bama has more talent across the board.

2012 pisses me off. We'd be tied up 2-2 over the last 4 if it weren't for a flukey game. Although I do wonder where we would stand if it wasn't for the mulligan bowl.

If you think 2012 was a flukey game, then 9-6 is a flukey game.

Just curious. What year did you graduate from Alabama?

They did last year.
Bama is declining.
Kiffin is on the staff.

Kiffin is definitely am advantage for LSU. If we throw him $10 he will give us a bone. (on the field or with Laila)

I think it's a legit 50/50 chance

the game usually comes down to the wire between the two

Why wouldn't they expect a win right now. Both teams have question marks but both have potential and they are both capable of beating the other.

Yes. I'm going with the team that is currently 2-0 v 0-2. I also believe this will result in gump on gump crime.

Because of your weak special teams? You guys haven't exactly been strong on ST in the last 3-4 years

Stat line in 2011 was pretty clear.. Bama had more success passing the ball, LSU rushed for more yardage. First downs were pretty close favoring Bama (17 to 15). Both teams had two turnovers. Time of possession was split by 12 seconds. Ironic I guess that a 38 yard field goal was missed allowing Bama to win in 2012. Before the final Bama drive in 2012.. McCarron had passed for ZERO yards in the 2nd half. Alabama only converted 1 third down the entire game. Choke job extraordinary by LSU in 2012.. should have been a 21 point blowout.

The Gumps are on a decline. Can Saban handle a bad year? Thats really the only question.

He will regret the day he didnt take the Texas gig. That program was so ready for his style. Match made in heaven. He wouldve done the same thing there (#1 recruiting) most years.
If he wdve won a Natty at Texas, he wouldve been The GOAT, now this impeding implosion may cost him that. But Meyer got away with it, so who knows about public perception.

Too early to tell now. 'Bama seems to have more returning "experienced" talent. But we've seen some of Les' teams overcome the inexperience factor pretty quickly. Right now, I think 'Bama has a slight edge but come November that could dissipate.

I do think we beat Bama at home this year. Maybe I have on the purple and gold sunglasses ....but, something tells me this team is just going to want it more since we have lost three in a row. Including a heart breaker at home that LSU probably should have won by a couple of touchdowns. I don't see them letting that happen again. And, Death Valley...oh will Death Valley be a shaking! Will make it very hard for Bama to pull this one off
