Vandy was our first road game and they always seem to play us tough. Don't know why. Kind of like how we used to be towards UGA, before we started winning.

dude, I believe in the series.. Arkansas has the lead, don't act like your all that all of a sudden. If we are going back to Last Year, keep looking... HISSSSTTTTTOOORRRYYYY!!!!!

So you say last year's game is history but bring up Arky's dominate series record of 13-9.

With our shitty history, it should be a lot worse than that. Arkansas should be embarrassed.

I like to think we've already proved that we're better from the UGA game.

Yes, I think so too. You're the one to ask- is a&m that good or were y'all just horribly flat?

Thats a possibility or maybe sc just played a shitty opener or a combo-y'all are great, sc is shitty. I'm gonna need proof before I affix the crowns upon the aggies heads.

Or South Carolina is really good and A&M is just incredible. Florida was a really good team in the 2009 SEC Championship Game, but Alabama was way better. Comparable scenarios, imo.

I think USC was unprepared for the fact that out offense didnt miss a beat without Johnny, but that doesnt explain them sustaining only two drives all game on offense and being unable to stop us at all even after halftime adjustments.

A&M is a damn good team. We matched up poorly against them and have plenty of questions, but that's not to take anything away from them. Their air raid offense exposed us and we couldn't get any pressure on Hill. Middle of the field was wide open all night long.

So I'd say it's both. We proved we aren't as bad as our first game though. I'm afraid I can't speak too much for A&M, since they haven't played anyone since.

That last 10 minute drive ending inside their 5 was brutal.

Our defense was terrifying your offensive line that game. It looked like the only thing between Myles Garrett and a Myrtle Beach time share with limited black out dates was your right tackle.

And as long as we are talking about competition since the first game:

After giving up 450+ yards rushing and losing 73-3 to Arkansas, Nicholls State gave up 400 yards rushing and 77 points to North Texas..the same North Texas that got held to under 100 yards by Texas.

Prior to giving up 430 yards rushing to Arkansas, Tech gave up almost 600 yards rushing combined to Central Arkansas and UTEp, winning those games by a combined 11 points.

NIU, who actually held Arkansas to 4.7 YPC and over 100 yards below their season average rushing, lost 9 starters including their Heisman finalist QB and four defenders currently on NFL rosters from last years team.

Not gonna lie that aspect scares me- I think our d is improved but that means we're decent to good more plays than we used to be but we still have times of wtf was that.

I'm not saying anything that hasn't been said but I'm looking forward to see our o against their d. I hope we dominate of course but if nothing else this game should be a better indicator of what to expect the rest of the season.

And good response btw.

I don't know what happened there. They looked amazing in the Georgia game. You're right though, the first game we just looked overmatched in the trenches. I was very impressed with A&M's defense. Even more so now that our offense has played better.

Myles Garrett and Daeshon Hall are great pass rushers, and y'all abandoned the run early. Arky won't abandon the run because they don't know how.

LSU is going to lose both of its games to the East.
