Do A&M’s weird/cringey traditions/culture hurt them?

Their traditions seem forced and cringey, as opposed to grass roots and fun like most other teams. FFS, all male cheerleaders? And aren’t they called the milk men? This has to have something to do with their underwhelming performances on the field right?

They somehow manage to seem gay as frick, but also not in any new cool way. Like they are black and white TV days, but also suck dick.

Obviously the LGBTQ thing is hip right now, but A&M seems to just embody like the religious oppressed closet gayness.

... Recruiting looks fine.
I do think Texas HS is overall a bit overrated. Lots of great players, but lots of players overall.
Jokes aside I do see Aggys frustration. There really is no reason they aren't in a newly minted Big 7.

Aggies have said this about every coach they’ve ever had. Im not saying it’s the culture but At some point, it’s clearly not 80 years of coaches

Absolutely. The nation is learning more about it now and it will certainly hurt them going forward. They will spiral down from here.

Most coaches never sniff a Natty. We have had some good coaches, just not in recent years. RC was good, not great. Since then it's been alot of misses on coaching hires.
