I've heard it used numerous times, but why do Clemson fans call SC fans Coots, and why do SC fans call Clemson fans Taters?

No idea about the "coot" thing. Some stupid shite they made up while sniffing glue probably.

As far as "taterhead" is concerned, it's multi-layered and ancient in origin.

clemson fans suffer from some personal hygene issues ... that's a fairly well-known fact if you've ever been stuffed into the same stadium with them.

Their ears, in particular, will make you throw-up in your mouth if you ever accidentally look in one. Little taters growing in there.

Then there is their booster club, known as IPTAY. It started some time ago, they are an agricultural college of course, and it is an acronym for "I plant taters all year."

These two fanbases seem to be sincere in their hate for each other. I don't have any doubts about that.

A tater would be a brain upgrade for dabo.

TWC is also telling people not to switch because they will have it by the first week of August. Not sure if there's anything to that or they're just trying to save customers from leaving.

Anyone that cancels their TV service over TWC is retarded. You can get a lot better forecasts and realtime info with phone apps and don't have to listen to anyone sensationalize every little cloud in the sky.

You all need to call. Just got off the phone with DTV - $30/month off for 12 months, 2 upgraded receivers, NFL Ticket half off, technician coming tomorrow to run a line to my covered patio .

I was attending UGA when IPTAY meant for Clemson, "It's Probation Time Again, Y'all."

That's another one I forgot about.

Yep, they were on probation every four or five years for something like 15-20 years in the 80s and 90s

My question is how much more money will we have to pay to get the SEC Network?

At this point, I have the 2nd best sports package DirecTV offers. I get the Big 10 Network. Will I get the SEC Network as soon as they get it?

I called last summer and got free Sunday ticket and 45 off my bill. I called a few months back and 5 off my bill plus free movies for 3 months. I called this time and even scheduled a cancellation date but got nothing offered. I going to try again and move the date closer to see what I can get.

I don't know, I signed up for the ultimate though which basically has every channel they offer included. I don't see how it could possibly not be in that package.

Time Warner Cable

My bad. Time Warner isn't available anywhere around here. Never crossed my mind.
