The LSU player should have caught him by the feet and flipped him over. Dillon would have landed on his feet and they could do a proper kung fu battle.

Instead he just took it like a Super Mario mushroom.

I so remember all of the full-blown support Nick Fairley got from the Starkvegas Nation.

Consistency.

Keep on keepin' on, little dogies.

Good point. They are all better than LSU. Except A&M, I still expect you guys to slaughter them again.

Trolling aside, I don't think we should be taking any of our conference foes lightly this year.

I was just saying word will certainly get around the league about Dillon Day.

It's a long season. "Accidents" happen.

Honestly, I can't tell if it was intentional or not...

he slowed up, altered his step length, watched where his feet were going and then timed it where BOTH feet landed at the same time.

no one runs that way unless they are aiming for a spot to land. the guy has a history and he did it not once but TWICE in this game.

if the sec doesn't punish him it's a joke.

this isn't sour grapes man. MSU kicked our arse and deserved to win. I congratulate them. but intentionally stomping players is bull shite. there should be no room for that in college football.

Yall keep saying things like this, I am not sure you really understand football yet. Dillon Day was running away anyway, as a cowardly fella will do when he jumps on someone laying on the ground.

No trolling, I seriously expect you guys to kill A&M again. Until A&M actually shows up against you guys, I have zero confidence in them in that matchup.

You're arguing with people who make Ole Miss the classy university in the state.

Oh, I am just having fun till I decide to not be in the office today. I am also a little mad we are competing with MSU, OM, and Arky for not the shittiest team in the West I prefer to think of it as a round robin not single elimination.

Clearly accidental. And if the LSU DL had nit been put on its back every play then they wouldnt have got their guts stomped on.

This feels like such an odd statement coming from a fan of a team that had lost in Baton Rouge every single time between 1992 and 2013 -- as though those 20 years of futility really mattered last Saturday night.

It's a new season. There's a lot of football to be played between now and Thanksgiving. We've got a lot of issues on both sides of the ball and it remains to be seen how well we will respond. Hopefully this was a wakeup call.

The real question is why LSU didn't have the manhood to handle this themselves.

Someone should have ended his fricking career for that bullshite.
