Did the NCAA have the tapes in November 2010????

Please no other discussion, did the NCAA have the tapes (don't care if it is the eligibility or the investigation team)... Why or why not... Did MSU turn over all the tapes and if so when? Are these tapes the NCAA does not have... Thank you..

B. Not sure when they were turned over

Thats the reason Bond is threatening to release them- not money. Bond wants State's name cleared and the record to show that Cam new yet the NCAA did nothing.

No, I think the NCAA was trying to protect college football from becoming an even bigger circus had they ruled him ineligible.
