Petrino? A big threat? In his four years at Arky, Bama beat them 49-14, 35-7, 24-20, and 38-14...not seeing the threat there...

It's amusing to me that there is a segment of Arkansas fans that still view Petrino as the best coach that they have ever had. He couldn't beat any of the big power teams and lost every big game he had. Sure, he scored a lot of points and won a lot of games, but when it mattered he could never get it done.

Getting rid of that trash was the best thing that every happened at Arkansas, to bad we had to go through a lot of crap after the fallout.

Petrino doesn't play defense. Y'all would have sucked arse in 2012 with that roster regardless of who was the HC. Petrino saw it coming and made the career decision that instead of getting fired based on shitty on field performance that he would have some fun with a young blonde assistant and a motorcycle and go out on his terms while still maintaining his reputation of being able to coach... it was a smart move IMO
