Well, in this case, he accepted the plea because there is video evidence of him committing assault

You really think people don't admit to and plea to crimes they didn't commit? And he did assault her but she was a huge count and not by any means innocent either. He overreacted and admitted guilt. Now he's moved on and will be a millionaire in the NFL. Good for him.
