Michael McNeil never went to trial. He entered a guilty plea in exchange for only 3 years behind bars.
The trial of Antonio Goodwin, in which Dyer did testify, was held in April of 2012. At that time Michael Dyer was an Arkansas State Red Wolf.

No but Gus did forgive his multiple failed drug tests and gave him a chance to redeem himself at Arkie State. Dyer never failed a test while Gus was his OC at Auburn.
