DKE was kicked off campus for a couple of years in the mid 2000s so the urban legend about owning the house so they couldn't be sanctioned is untrue.

Probably, most of them were from Louisiana. I was VERY close to pledging DKE, I thought they were hilarious. It's good that I didn't because they got kicked off my freshman year.

That was around their prime. I always heard in the 70's-80's DKE at LSU was the shite
