I think that game was the football equivalent of "Twitch plays Football Coaching"
This board probably won't get that reference.

He was also held to under 100 against the mighty Blue Raiders of Middle Tennessee State.
One great game (two if you count the game against the mighty Aggies) amidst good and bad games (against bad competition) is enough for Henry to win it. One awful game (against maybe the best team) amidst good and great games is enough for Fournette to lose it. If you listen to the bama ranters anyway.
I'll stay skeptical unless Saturday was a glimpse at the new Fournette and Henry for the rest of the season. Henry jumping up the list is a bit reactionary, understandably. LSU still has a great shot at a great season, and one key game next week could put us back in the driver's seat.
Also, as an interesting aside, Herschel opened his Heisman season with an 11 carry, 20 yard game. Only stated to say that Heisman favorites and media darlings get cut some slack on occasion.

Lots of people win the Heisman on the basis of big game performances
No one has ever won the Heisman on the basis of a performance against ULM

I mean, La Monroe is .500 in their last two games against bama. lot of respect for that program.
L5U on the other hand is 0-5 in their last 5. yikes.

He had three TDs, what else do you want from him.
Honestly you guys are starting to push back and you're looking for ways to do it, but you're going about it all wrong. At least attack the fact that Coker hasn't thrown for a touchdown in 3 games.

Henry will not win the trophy over fournette based on what happened Saturday. He will have to go at least 150 against msu and auburn to win it and fournette will have to disappear.

Well Henry has that shite on lock now.

the only 3 that "bother" me are:
mulligan bowl
the great collapse of 2012 (should have beat bama by 17 easy)
divine intervention by ritter in 2014
the mulligan bowl and all of the others besides the two above were arse whippings
