Did Frank Martin Leave KSU because of John Currie?

Just read that John Currie ran Frank Martin off from Kansas State. Anybody know the story?

Yep and Curry is the reason Underwood wouldn't consider KSU

Yep, they clashed big time. Saw a stat the other day:

k-State now has three former head coaches in the Sweet 16 - Frank Martin, Dana Altman, and Lon Kruger.

Bob Huggins.

Also had Huggins, Martin, and Underwood at the same time.

What is currie's reputation among coaches? I watched his press conference and was pretty impressed. Also KSU's athletic department is probably stronger than it's ever been, though idk if Currie is to credit for
