With a little bit of searching you could have found the answer to your own question.

When I saw it live, I thought it was very close - note I didn't say he was out, just close. Not sure how they would have gotten 10,000 people off the field and back in the stands had replay ruled that he had stepped out.

That's so bad arse he doesn't even use his heels to run and amazing how he held is balance. It made the difference on two steps with his right feet.

It'd be retarded and everyone in the world would be blind b/c he never stepped out.

It was close but I'm pretty sure he did not step out. I was a little surprised officials did not take time to review the play before the game ended, but oh well. I'm really not confident that Bama would have won even if we went into overtime.

The intriguing question is whether or not Auburn fans would man up and admit he stepped out if it was obvious or if they would come up with some crazy theory with like 100 different blurry camera views to justify it.

Just like the 2009 LSU game, pictures can look like anything if you want to find something bad enough. No, he was not out of bounds.

Would have been very interesting. I could be wrong, but I believe it would actually be a 15 yard unsportsmanlike penalty or possibly 5 yard delay of game penalty against Auburn to begin the OT.

I think we need to call in Patrick Peterson for an expert opinion on the question.
