if im not mistaken Burglary is unlawfully entering a home

sort of. burglary is unlawfully entering a home with the intent to commit a theft or felony. just unlawfully entering a home is criminal trespassing

ETA: this is, at least, the law in georgia, and i assume the laws are similar enough in missouri

For clarification purposes since a lot of people don't understand burglary

Burglary is forcing one's way into a building with the intent to commit a crime. Burglary does NOT mean the same thing as robbery, which is stealing. Burglary can include breaking in to assault someone.

Basically what happened is DGB was in an argument with the girl, was trying to force his way into her town-home against her will, so the police are investigating whether he intended to commit a crime inside of the building.

DGB would have never found the path towards crime and drugs had he not been offered beer on an official visit to a university.

Well, you have a point. Would like to see what he can do this year now that he's at full health though. Does Bama become more of a passing team this year for any reason? Or just keep it same and base your passing off the play action and the help the run game brings?

I imagine, and hope, that this is all still speculation until something official is released. Too much mixed information. If it's both true it doesn't matter as he'd be a POS and needs to be gone.

In about 98% of cases like this where this type of stuff is reported, in young people of today, the shite is usually pretty accurate whether someone gets charged or not. I am not talking just athletes either. Young people are getting increasingly more stupid every year, in all walks of life. Case in point, the dumb arse in Conn. that tried to sue her parents for child support and private school tuition. I don't know if he gets charged but he most likely did some or all of this shite.
