more likely he'll be a contender until LSU loses a few games then an average RB will ride the hype train to new york

Guice will likely forego his senior season, so I think this is false

When was the last player to win the Heisman from a 4 loss team?

Tim Tebow won it on a 5-loss SEC team, so yeah, I can see the same thing happening with L6U this year.

He's got a helluva chance since he'll be carrying near 100% of the load since LSU doesn't have a decent QB.

At least hype up our QB and he is going to turn out being straight dog shite when the season starts. Auburn fans view Stidham as the savior to all of their troubles

Also, if we just have the slightest pass game then y'all will have to take so many players out of the box.
Bama didn't even really stack the box

Go ahead and jump on it. Here are the early odds 2/15/2017

quote:

Player Odds
Sam Darnold 7-1
Lamar Jackson 7-1
Baker Mayfield 7-1
J.T. Barrett 10-1
Jake Browning 12-1
Deondre Francois 12-1
Saquon Barkley 15-1
Jalen Hurts 15-1
Mason Rudolph 15-1
Josh Rosen 20-1
Bo Scarbrough 20-1
Derrius Guice 20-1
Trace McSorley 20-1
Kamryn Pettway 30-1
Nick Chubb 30-1
Luke Falk 30-1
Nick Fitzgerald 40-1
Shane Buechele 40-1
Quinton Flowers 40-1
Jarrett Stidham 40-1
Royce Freeman 50-1
Mike Weber 50-1
Jacob Eason 60-1
James Washington 60-1
Ed Oliver 75-1
Derwin James 75-1
Myles Gaskin 75-1
Christian Kirk 75-1
Brandon Wimbush 75-1
Wilton Speight 75-1
Kyle Allen 75-1
Calvin Ridley 75-1
Arden Key 100-1
Justin Hebert 100-1
Shea Patterson 100-1
Kenny Hill 100-1
Dexter Lawrence 100-1
Brett Rypien 100-1

Shane Buechele jumps off the page at me at 40/1. If Texas can somehow win 10 games I wouldn't be surprised to see his name in the mix. Herman is a qb guy who loves to score points. Maybe, possibly a flyer on Shea Patterson at 100/1 just because that payout is so high. The rebs might not be on the national radar for him to get enough recognition. But I could definitely see them putting up some F.U. points and they haven't had much of a ground game since Deuce.

Re: Guice and the Heisman - The ability of a goodly portion of the LSU fan base to sink completely into delusion is always entertaining.

On Tr they morphed into a discussion LSU vs Alabama at LSU last year. Now they are saying LSU would have beaten Alabama if only Guice had been allowed to run the ball...(instead of Fornette? WTF?).

"Guice only having 2 carries was one of the most inexcusable things O could have allowed under his watch"

It is truly a wonder to observe the damage that massive consumption of weed has on a brain over time.
