Think how good he would be if Saban hadn’t ridden him hard and ground him down.

602 carries in 39 games in 3 years at BAMA. Not even 16 carries per game. What a dumb fricking comment.

That exact game plan won Bama a title in 2015 and won Henry a Heisman.

That exact same game plan would win the title in 2022.

Yea Saban is on public record admitting they screwed up with Henry by allowing him to split carries the majority of his career. That they underestimated just how special he was initially and did not fully figure out he’s one of the rare types who actually needs as many carries as possible for him to truly be King Henry

And no, actually our offensive line is very average this year. By far the worst oline we’ve had in the Vrabel era. Henry deserves almost all of the credit

The holes for both backs has been wide

So? Besides Henry got like 35/40 total RB carries today. He slowly sucked the soul out of the Texan defense today.

Doesn’t mean our offensive line is “great”. They are one of the worst at pass blocking and have been just “meh” at run blocking all season besides today. Trust me, it’s the worst line a Vrabel led Titans team has had under his watch. Plus no more AJ Brown and Corey Davis/Julio Jones like wideouts keeping defenders out of the box. Henry has willed every single yard he’s gotten this year. He’s the only thing my Titans have this year on offense.

And we were told Saban was ruining him. In fact, there were multiple schools - Auburn especially, who used it as a negative recruiting tool.

Clown show.

Derrick Henry is now tied for the most 200-yard rushing games in NFL history (6).

Nonsense. I was told on this board that Henry was washed up just a few weeks ago. Lololololol

Since, he has like 4 or 5 100 yard rushing games in a row and including a 200+ yard game today. That's with an absolute shite offense around him.

I’ve watched every carry of his this year. He definitely ain’t washed up-still vintage Henry. His foot has healed perfectly fine. He just has absolutely no help around him anymore, which sucks. frick the Titans for giving away AJ Brown.

Titans record, not Oilers. Titans are not the Oilers. Don't care what the NFL thinks. Bud Adams is burning in hell and is what he deserves.

That is correct. When I go to Titans games it sickens me to see all of the Oilers players and records.

Those records do not belong to TN. They belong to Houston.

And Bud Adams can burn in hell.

Yeah I love Derrick but as a kid Earl was my favorite player. Watching him truck dudes and running with the torn up jersey in the Astrodome through the dirt in field was awesome.

That’s what the NFL did with the Browns when they left for Baltimore. They made the records stay in Cleveland and Ravens essentially were treated as a new franchise even thought the Browns were the new franchise

NOBODY did it better than Big Earl.

"Every time you hit him you lower your own IQ," said Redskins linebacker Pete Wysocki.

Bum Phillips, when asked if Campbell was in a class by himself, quipped, "I dunno. But if he ain't, it don't take long to call the roll.

At the expense of Bama they did the opposite of what Auburn did to Kerryon Johnson. Probably put $50 million more in DH’s pocket

Yeah he never got the full load until his junior year, which was a shame because anyone could tell he was head and shoulders the best back. No way Yeldon and Drake should've been getting more carries than him.
