It's like people have been salivating at the potential fact DH might not be the same wrecking ball in the NFL as he was in college. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to say here, congrats? A couple things I've been pondering: if DH and other Alabama players are bust does that mean that Saban and Co are maximizing their potential? Are they being over worked? Does this mean that since they are bust, and only received their *'s due going to bama, that Saban and Co do more with less? Using the mysterious corn dog logic, If the answer is, "they do more with less" then at about this time you should be thinking "that means my coach does less with more." Is this yalls way of trying to claim some moral victory? In the last 5 games, the only thing y'all have had to talk about is LF7. He's a hell of a back but the best defense he's faced every year (bama) has marginalized the rest of the season. No diss to LF7 at all, he's gone against some great bama defenses.
Now back to Henry, I have never seen any other RB in the Saban tenure that works as hard as he does. At every level he has put in the work and has paid great dividends. People, as with every other year, are going to doubt him. I think he stays poised and has a solid NFL career, borderline HOF but prob doesn't make it is my prediction

How does Henry catch so much shite? If he isn't a guy that can be universally liked, nobody is. How are people not rooting for him?

Because he played at Bama. These tards root for every single Bama player to fail in the League.....they are just that bitter.

I like Derrick Henry, I just think his lack of lateral agility and "heavy feet" will lead to him not being near as good in the NFL as he was in college.

Why wouldn't you root for him? I can't wait to watch Chubb and LF in the pros. I'm pumped for Malcolm Mitchell.

If those guys were badass enough to win the Heisman and a NC, I'm pretty sure I'd still root for them.

I'm not actively rooting against him. I guess I just don't care about the pros enough to consider myself "rooting" for them. I don't wish injuries or whatnot, but other than that it's whatever.

DWI's are not generally bragged about.

Are there not better off-field exploits of his that could be mentioned?

Seems like he's doing better than you Ajax. Have you even sniffed an SEC field let alone played? Stop criticizing a good kid for excelling.
