Fran won the west with Bama in 2002,of course we couldn't go bowling due to sanctions.

It's also Texas State's first season in the FBS. Former bama player, Kyle Tatum, is on his staff.

To answer the OP's question, it's Dooley.

Dooley has racked up 10% of Tennessee's all time SEC losses in 3 years. Dooley is the worst coach to ever set foot in Neyland.

We are just now about a decade later becoming relevant again. If UT is still in the shitter in 2020, then maybe I will consider Dooley worse
