This is correct and it really bothers me. I have read that word probably 100 times this season and it's use speaks volumes.

You don't remember the A&M game very well.

I don't get this thread.

Show me a program that has the stadium full when they are getting their asses handed to them by an opponent and I will show you a program that is comfortable being a loser.

People have families.
People have 2-3 hour drives back home.
People have lives to live on Sunday and work on Monday.

It's worth staying to the end and suffering the inconvenience and sleep deprivation if the product is worthy.

But if the product sucks? Get an early start to the rest of the weekend.

There is plenty to make fun of the yaw-yaws right now but an empty stadium is not one of them.

I was there to the bitter end. It hurt to stay but I stayed for every single embarrassing moment. It was one of, if not the worst experience I have ever had in JHS in all my many many years of going there.

But it did not look like that picture.

That used to describe us perfectly. Thankfully the perception of what is acceptable is changing among the Gamecock faithful.

It was a 3 point game vs a bad team.

Wow. That's one of the most pathetic things I've ever seen.

The score or the crowd? Or LSUs team as a whole?

In no way am I defending the crowd (I was there and it was bad), but at least post a picture DURING THE GAME. You post a pic from before kickoff with the sun still up? Cmon bro.

They were down 24-7. Saying it was a 3 point game is a bit disingenuous

It was a 2 score or less game for all but like 40 seconds.

I took it off the OP's link. I claim "no contest" on its legitimacy..

To be fair, Alabama fans have been leaving early too.

For the completely opposite reason, but still.

In actuality, if you guys wanted to ding Auburn for this type of mass exit, I would point you toward the first game of the season in 2011

Utah State beat our asses up and down the field the entire game. Was up by almost two touchdowns with about 2 mins left. We somehow lucked our way to a score, a onside kick and another score to pull out what was a embarrassment to that team. Utah state deserved that game

It was so empty in my section, I could hear my echo when I was yelling at Gene Chizik for his great coaching abilities late in the 4th
