After less than 24 hours I have already had about enough of the SEC bashing on the local and national sports shows here in the Houston area. I was pulling for Auburn last night and knew this crap was coming if we lost - which is exactly why I was pulling for Auburn.

I mean, shite. The last thing I'm going to think about after my team lost in the waning seconds of a great national title game is what some fans of an 8-5 team might say on a message board. Show some dignity.

I'm not laughing at AU for ending the streak. AU represented the SEC well, it was a close game which could have gone either way. I don't know of another SEC team that would have played any better.
AU had an awesome season this year and your team is to be congratulated on it.

If UGA ever finally gets to the NCG only to lose it, our fanbase will be so consumed by self-loathing that no shite talking from others would have any real effect

I have not given any Auburn fans any crap about losing because of the reason you stated. I am no Fan of Auburn but I will not stoop to that type activity. I do think that UGA has come close, not that close counts, and that we will win one in the near future. I think this will happen despite the current coaching staff.
