Commissary is my personal favorite. Central is great too.
In high school my best friend dated the daughter of the owner while I dated one of her really good friends.
We would always get Commissary for free and also when we went to Destin as well ... that was so fricking awesome

I don't like Centrals sauces. I know that a lot of people don't use sauce or whatever...but I do.

Agreed sir. I like mine tangy and sweet. I don't like dry as much unless I'm at the rendezvous.
Hot & Spicy touch of the vinegar/greek taste and perferablly dry

If you are ever in Atlanta, I recommend Fox Brothers. I have heard good things about Heirloom Market BBQ, but haven't gotten around to trying it.

I love a good hot and spicy unless you can't taste anything but the spice.

I'm in Atlanta a few times a year and love their chicken fried ribs. My family is huge braves fans and my uncle and cousins live in Lawerenceville

Oh ok...yeah, Braves should be good this year. Fox Brothers has really good brisket chili and collards as well.

Not necessary but I'll gladly accept it

Brisket chili sounds like the shite. I'll have to give that a whirl when I get back to ATL

Know what you mean can't go overboard on it, it's BBQ ...
I personally just don't care too much for the Kansas City sweet/molasses style BBQ sauce or anything REAL wet ...
My favorite are amazingly tender PORK ribs with a great dry rub

A lot of the BBQ places up here make it. It's basically a stew with mutton, tons of veggies, etc with a BBQ sauce base. Delish.
