Yes. His father was the coach during "The Shot" and he took over a few years ago after his father retired.

Documenting all the fantastically sad WAOM moments needs to be done right away so that future generations of OM fans can remember the bad ole days aren't that different from the present.

4th & 25 would probably be the most recent. We're usually good for one or two a year. Nothing like snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

Sounds like Bryce got paid. Reports are he has signed a 6 year deal worth $2.7 mil per, GT got back involved and drove VU up nearly 400K over first offer.

Actually, his father had retired initially after the 2002 season, when Bryce's brother, Scott took over for him. After that year, Scott jumped to Baylor and his dad unretired and resumed coaching until Bryce took over from him in 2011.
