the thing no one is talking about is that if bama would have made one or two of those field goals that doesnt necessarily mean they would have won. the game plan would've changed for lsu and the rest of the game would have been called differently. Not saying we definitely would have still won but you can't say for certain if the field goals would have been made would have given bama the victory

True. It's hard to expect much else, at this point. LSU was far better in 07, and Bama was in 08 and 09, but the games were still very close throughout.
