Dear SEC Folk,

Please don't think this moron represents the entire Oklahoma fan base.

For me personally, I would rather be in the Big 10 first. But if we ever change conferences, it's gonna come down to which conference is willing to take our retarded step-brother along with us.

So, basically, it's Pac12 or bust(in hopes that the value of Texas and Ok can make it feasible to carry Ok State).

I just don't understand tying the two schools together how it's been done -- which limits the options of either and prevents OK from ever getting the SEC invite where they rightfully belong culturally.

They don't belong culturally. And if you knew anything about Oklahoma, or the people there, you would know why they will never leave Oklahoma State behind. They politics in that state would absolutely never allow it. And tying them doesn't limit the options of either. It simply limits the options of Oklahoma. It is a life line to Oklahoma State that they desperately need, and will continue to have.

No and no. We shouldn't be kicking people out. Let's just add Virginia[/Virginia Tech] and North Carolina and be done.

It's always the Aggies who are the most opposed to having OU join the SEC. Because you all know that of we joined, y'all would be fricked.

Difference between an OU fan and an A&M fan:

A&M celebrates mediocrity, while OU celebrates championships.
You won the Cotton Bowl against us after finishing third in your division, congrats!
One games doesn't make your program better than ours, you've got a long, long way to go.

The Big 12 defines mediocrity, if even that, and your example demonstrates that. A team that finished 3rd in their division and 5th or 6th in the SEC absolutely kicked OU's arse on the field and OU finished what? Second in the Big 12?

I don't disagree. I'm not arguing about how much the Big 12 sucks.

I'm simply calling out Aggies for acting as if they are all of a sudden above Oklahoma, when in reality, they never will be on the same level in our lifetime.

OU would bring a tradition of winning to the SEC that can only be matched by Alabama.

The Steelers are the best franchise in the NFL. (Not a Steelers fan either) You're point is retarded.

Thankfully, the SEC has a very bright mind at the helm. Slive, along with the school administrators are making decisions with their priorities in order; and geography was not a primary factor.

What I really find amusing is the number of posters on this site that really expect one to believe they wanted a new member who would threaten their status quo. OU would not be a threat, but it is also extremely unlikely the machine would wish to part from its status quo.

The plan was to deliver a new market of willing administers and fans.. Mission Accomplished!

Just as it was Mobilehoma who took the biggest hit to its recruiting when we joined the SEC.

For the first time in forever, OU had to settle for one of OUR scraps (no way we let you take Huggins if he had a prayer of qualifying).

Based on Rivals, you finished 4 spots higher than us at 11 while we were at 15. And y'all signed 100 players. I'm not worried.

Honestly, if you look at 2013 rankings, and rankings of past years, it's pretty clear Texas took the biggest hit.

After only signing 19 the year before.

Will still end up at 81 scholarship players. (82 if Stewart isn't a top ten pick next month)

Also, rivals is the LEAST reliable of all of the recruiting sites.

If you use the 247 rankings: A&M was 8th (1 5 star, 17 4 stars) and Oklahoma was 13th (10 4-stars)

Okay, I'm just saying signing more players helps you're recruiting ranking
