Ben McDonald is the only SEC Network announcer that's worse than Will Johnson. That takes significant effort to suck that badly.

Truthfully, this is the worst game he's ever done. The play-by-play guy has decided to make Ben a caricature and he's going along with it.

Hmm. I seem to remember hearing him talk about how great the aggies fanbase is and atmosphere at blue bell park is earlier this year. Never heard him say one bad thing about y'all. I guess it's just normal for ags to have a victim mentality with UT using the state legislature to keep y'all down and whatnot.

At this point, I would take a loss today and a non-selection into the field to force the AD to make a decision on Childress.

Which is the problem. Just making a Regional seems to be good enough for the decision makers. 12 seasons and 1 total CWS appearance (0 wins)

can i just say it's dumb to expect to play 36 innings of baseball for three straight days this time of year in the South?
With the first "make-up" time being Friday morning...
not a big fan of having 8< teams in the tournament, even if it helps some on the bubble. they also could think about having 7 inning games until the weekend

Just checked the radar. They started at 6pm expecting to have to halt again in an hour, but they caught a great break.
Storm split right before Hoover. All they got was drizzles. Then it starting going hard again right after passing thru town. Really nice break. Should be clear the rest of the night.
