Because Tosh's target audience is not offended by anything? And he gives 0 fricks what anyone else thinks. ComedyCentral seems to have given him pretty much free reign as long as the FCC isn't called in because of him.

I'm talking more about the SJWs. I know he gives 0 fricks. I'm just surprised they haven't at least tried to go after him over it.

Half his act is belittling women. His racial humor isn't too hard-hitting, but it pops up occasionally. I think the real reason Tosh is pretty immune is that he targets EVERYONE, and everyone knows it. If you're going to target everyone equally then you can't be called an "-ist" because you hate everyone equally.
