That doesn't really apply because here again, if you look at all the games whether the big 12 lost or won VS the SEC none of those big 12 teams gave up any more points than FL, Bama, LSU ole Miss etc give up any given week to the same teams. The only argument the SEC has(I agree)is that big 12 offenses don't put up as many points against SEC teams due to the SEC offensive style limiting the opponents Tim of Possession. This however doesn't mean SEC defenses are superior to big 12 defenses.

I think our disdain for Big 12 defenses comes from the fact that teams like Baylor and TCU and Texas Tech put up stupid offensive numbers during conference play, but when they play SEC (or really any other conference) teams, they more often than not get shut down. The defensive line play in the Big 12 is for the most part woeful.
