Its the SEC, just because Kentucky is 1-6 doesn't mean that we should have rolled over them they have SEC athletes on their team. They have had a killer schedule up to this point.

Should we have won? YES and we did.

Should we have won by more than we did? Yes, but we didn't but still got the W its all that matters at the end of the day IMO.

Al, you're actually a good fan. More of us should think like you do.

Mullen has to upset someone...anyone at this point.

Bama, LSU, a good AU team, A&M.

He still has no signature win.

He won at the Swamp in 2010 and beat UGA at home that same year.

We are hoping that we can pull the upset next Sat in Columbia, SC with the 11:21 game.

Do you give your employer the best that you can give them or just enough to get by?

My wife is a State gal, so I have watched State play a lot over the last few years. One issue I see with Mullen is that his teams seem to become apathetic during the season. It is his responsibility to get that team fired up each and every week and every year y'all seem to be getting worse at this. I really expected State to come off that bye week and kick the shite out of KY, joke was on me I suppose. That would bug the crap out of me if I were a State fan.

I dont remember UFs record but UGA was 8-5 that year.

You need a Top 10-15 win.

I mean, how much better can state get? Should probably hold on to the Muff and hope he does better in the next 10 years.

Been working my arse off, not everybody has the time to post on here 24/7 like some of your guys.

That would be a great excuse for someone with a lot less posts than you and the fact that you have been posting plenty on other boards. You just decided to not show yourself here on this board. That is until your team was above .500 and a big win over powerhouse Kentucky.

and Im not sure he'd recruit any better than Dan is doing currently.

Really? I thought all of yall were touting his awesome relationships with MS HS coaches?

But to the OP - It will depend on how the season finishes out. If you go get dirtrolled these next 3 games by USC, aTm, and Bama and end up missing a bowl then yeah he deserves to catch some heat. But even if he doesnt make a bowl, your administration doesnt have the stones to fire him after this year so this is all irrelevant imo. Yall are stuck with ole Danny boy.

Are you really hanging your hat on beating a horrible UF team and a UGA squad that went 6-6 and lost to UCF 10-6 in the Liberty?

Yeah, nothing says putting fears to rest quite like scoring 7 total points in the 2nd half vs. Bowling Green and Kentucky.
