Our defense has almost half its starters, including 3 of our best 4 defenders, out with injuries. Several more players in the 2 deep are either out or playing through injuries. Any defense would take a step back under those circumstances.

Bottom line, Bama may well be held to 18 points or less, but the odds are higher that they score 30+ than that they score 18-.
