Your team's confidence level was night and day compared to when TR was in the game and when he was. It went through the roof when Prescott came in. You could really see it in the Oklahoma State and Ole Miss games.

The defenses he did well against were Texas A&M, Rice and Ole Miss. Ole Miss being the best out of those three. Outside of those he didn't do anything spectacular.

No one actually stopped him all year. Now, we stopped ourselves at times a variety of ways...

Even the SC game when he had all the turnovers -- SC was never really even close to actually stopping him.

I'll never forget one of the pregames last year. We display starters on our Jumbotron and it was dead silent until the QB came up. When Dak's face showed up on the screen the entire crowd went crazy

I'm curious to see how he will do against Bama and LSU defenses. Did he play the Auburn game?

Dak Prescott may be the best footballer to ever live.

I speculate as such.

Yeah, Auburn was his first SEC start -- in Jordan Hare at night(this doesn't seem important until you start looking at who has actually beaten them there under the lights in the past 10 years).

133 yds rushing, 2 TDs
15-28, 213

I'm going to rewatch, but I remember quite a few drops, including a Lewis 3rd down drop that I believe would have iced it. Dan's playcalling in the 4th was a friggin joke too.

The team really gelled behind him for the first time in the aTm game I thought. Wish he wouldn't have gotten hurt -- because that Bama game was giftwrapped with a cherry on top in a way that doesn't happen often had we been able to move the ball on the ground and in the red zone even a little bit.

Ok he was impressive the Auburn game as well. That was another good defense.

Like I said earlier, he was consistent in almost every game. I think the fact that he has a broken in WR tandem that he has jelled with last year will be a huge advantage for us. Much like y'all it will all depend on the O-line. I think most people know what we are getting with Josh Robinson . He's like Anthony Dixon in the body of Maurice Jones Drew.

I hate that Lawson hurt his knee but that's going to be a huge relief for SEC offensive lines. Tunsil only gave up one sack last year and it was to him.

J-Rob and my dad are pretty tight. Reading their text convos is pretty cool.

So even with an amazing game from Dak, he still couldnt beat the barn. That doesnt sound too good for your chances this year tbh

First off, he didn't have an amazing game. Second, Dak doesn't play defense. Lastly, Auburn won on a last minute drive due to a coaching lapse by Mullen who tried to play prevent defense. Both teams were young in that game. We're a much more complete team than last year FWIW.

So no credit to Auburn? As you said, they marched the length of the field and scored a last minute TD. Also, Dak is being hyped up because Miss St rarely has a good Qb and he has some talent. Not much, but some
