Hogs beat Missouri St. 12-11 in decisive 3rd game on Benintende grand slam in the 14th.

Gators edge 'Noles in 3rd game in pitcher's duel 2-1
on a dramatic 12th inning inside-the-park HR and throwing error.

Tigers beat Ragin' Cajuns in 3rd game with combo pitching.

Aggies eke out 3rd game victory over Frogs on bases-loaded balk when Frog pitcher gets distracted by A&M rally hats.....

'Dores bring Illinois down to earth in huge comeback in decisive 3rd game win on 5 9th-inning Illini errors.

I feel like LSU and Vandy are locks, but I haven't seen much of Illinois. Vandy is just so talented for a college squad and now experienced, it's hard for me to pick against them

I think the draws for A&M UF and Arkansas are all tough. All three are probably the better teams but it isn't by much. I feel like two of those three will advance but it's tough for me to pick which. Wouldn't be surprised to see those three go three games

During their 19 game winning streak, opponents have scored an average of 2.2 runs per game. Missouri State averaged 6.7 runs per game over that stretch. I think we have to hope for a huge discrepancy in strength of schedule and that we can take advantage of the home field.

During that streak they won 6 games against top 50 competition. 4 times defeating Bradley and two times beating Iowa.

On the other side, Arkansas is 24-8 since losing to SMS with 10 wins against top 50 opposition. Have not lost a series since March 19 and just won 3 games in the road to sweep their regional.

I think Arkansas is more impressive right now, breaking down the numbers.

Has it been mentioned that the winner of A&M/TCU plays the winner of LSU/ULaLa in the first round of the CWS?

Pretty much sums up how I feel.

I think LSU is the closest thing to a lock given the matchup at home. Should be interesting to see how ULL's freshman pitchers handle the raucous environment at the Box.

Vandy played Illinois in the Regionals back in 2013. From what I remember, Illinois looked good and kept it close until late. They have an impressive record, but they didn't play a series against Iowa, Maryland, or Michigan. I really have a hard time seeing Vandy losing 2 of 3 with Fulmer and Buehler and our overall talent.

Florida looks to have the toughest opponent in FSU, but at least they get the Noles at home. Pitching and defense win championships, and Florida has both. Plus, Florida is playing some great baseball right now. Might go three games, but I see them getting it done.

Baum will be the second best atmosphere this weekend, only behind the Box. The Hogs are short on quality arms, but their offense keeps them in it. Production from guys not named Benintendi will be key. Hopefully Spoon continues where he left off in Stillwater. I expect to see a lot of Zach Jackson.

A&M arguably has the toughest draw having to play at TCU. After owning a weak Big 12, TCU stumbled in the conference tournament and needed a monumental choke job by NC State to even be here. The Aggies had an epic three games with Cal, and they are probably excited just to be playing someone else. Both teams had to earn it in their respective regionals coming out of the loser's bracket. I see this one going three games.

UF given the toughest opponent of all the SEC teams IMHO.

I'd have to say that's Illinois. FSU second, Ulala third, TCU 4th and Misery St. bringing up the rear. Of course it's baseball so it could just as easily be reversed for this week.
