To me - depends on what we're calling "state of the program". It's not a power ranking, we're talking as much about where we think these teams are headed - right ?

I agree with you - Bama and Georgia are on a different level right now - not only in the SEC, but in college football. Add in Ohio State, and that's about it at the very top.

In the SEC ? Again - I think Florida and LSU are shown way too low, and Kentucky too high. One season doesn't change a program, for good or ill.

USC's in the Pac-12. But, South Carolina is in the SEC.
