Losing your defensive backfield as well as your top playmakers on offense combined with tougher schedule = down year.

I think thats too high. With that shite show of a Sugar Bowl I think they are a B and steady, maybe going down.

Not in it's entirety, but I get your point.

top playmakers on offense

This is completely false. The only big playmaker we lost was Bumphis, but he sucked his first 3 years, and shined this past year because of Russell.

We just brought in one of our strongest recruiting classes under Miles and the class of 2014 has the potential to be the best in LSU history.

I would keep State at C but say that its steady. We havent finished a season ranked even with Dan Mullen.

Plus, our recruiting classes keep getting better for us.

Bama: A+ & Steady
Auburn: D & Down
LSU: A & Steady
Miss St.: C & Steady
Ole Miss: C+ & Up
Texas A&M: B+ & Up
Arkansas: D- & Down
Tennessee: D- & Steady
Florida: A- & Up
Georgia: A- & Steady
South Carolina: A- & Up
Vandy: C+ & Up
Kentucky: F & Steady
Missouri: D+ & Steady

I dont think that class was better than this years class. Defensively, maybe, but not offensively.

(Im going by the star ranking though). Banks was a 2 Star recruit if I remember correctly.

We only lost like 2 decent receivers. We return all but 1 O lineman, all Rbs and both QBs

Bama: A+ & Steady (Yup)

Auburn: D & Up (Aubie fell hard last year but they had a solid offseason)

LSU: B+ & Down (Sorry you are not "Steady" when you lose the Chicken Bowl)

Miss St.: C & Down (Really ran out of gas last year and West will be tougher this year)

Ole Miss: C+ & Up (Nice Bowl win and great Class)

Texas A&M: A- & Up (Finished STRONG and great Class)

Arkansas: D & Steady (Just don't see things getting a lot better soon)

Tennessee: D & Up (I like the hire and they still have some talent, should win more than 1 Freaking SEC game)

Florida: A- & Steady (Hardest to predict for me. That Sugar Bowl was a disgrace but loaded with talent)

Georgia: A- & Steady (Still solid all the way around)

South Carolina: B+ & Steady (Very solid but not sure they are any better)

Vandy: B- & Up (Vandy could be very dangerous this year)

Kentucky: F & Up (Have some momentum, promising hire and decent Class. Who do they beat though?)

Missouri: D+ & Steady (MIzzou seems lost. Still talent there and Pinkel is a good coach but need to get their sea legs).
