Courtney Upshaw beat up his girlfriend. An indication of how uat fans are a lunatic fringe, Courtney Upshaw's girlfriend's father blamed her for making Upshaw mad and thought she deserved beating up. Very weird!

A Stanford Football Player Accused of Sexual Assault Remains on the Team

A footbal player at Stanford is slated to play in a bowl game on Friday after being found to commit sexual assault by a majority of a university panel, the New York Times reported.

According to the Times, a Stanford sophomore accused the football player — both unnamed by the Times — of raping her after a fraternity party (the football player, who did not respond to interview requests from the Times, told school officials they had consensual sex). Instead of a police investigation, the case was handled by Stanford’s in-house disciplinary board, a panel of administrators, faculty members and students. The football player was found responsible of committing sexual assault by three of the five panelists twice.

But because Stanford required a 4-1 majority for sexual assault cases, the football player wasn’t punished — and remains on the football team’s roster ahead of the school’s Friday bowl game against North Carolina. The woman told the Times that she left Stanford so she doesn’t have to run into the player around campus. “But do I have to leave Stanford to feel safe? I’m certain that this isn’t the way the Title IX process was meant to work,” the woman told the Times.

Illegal possession of an alligator.

Maybe he will run into the barn's former football player Michael McNeil. Or get with the barner's Antonio Goodwin, or if you need to learn anything about home invasion why not catch up with barner Kowalski Kitchens, Michael McNeil, Antonio Goodwin, and Harrison Mosely?

You act like bringing up those shite bags actually hurts my feelings.

Alabama’s list since 2007 is definitely more extensive than Auburn’s, though.

And two counts of aggravated animal cruelty with a dog plus five counts of animal abuse or neglect with the same dog

Rashad Johnson - Fighting a security guard
Courtney Upshaw - Domestic Violence
Geno Smith - 2 DUIs in 2 years
Terrence Cody - Animal Neglect/Abusing his dog

All added. I did have a good laugh at the illegal possession of an alligator. If he Cody didn't abuse a dog, possession of an alligator wouldn't have made it since its just badass.

I quit looking for arrested players after about 15 minutes and the arrests for sex with children and child pornography came up. I'm sure if I spent more time I would find more.

I find it interesting that you and really any school wants to throw mud about players being arrested. Every school has players arrested, these are young men who most of their life have had their bad acts covered up because of their athletic abilities. Hopefully, they learn from their mistakes and can move on before serious damage is done.

Also who can forget the infamous and shameful list of Bama's most "passionate" fans. Such as: Harvey Updyke, Connor Bruce Croll, Michelle Pritchett, Adrian Laroza Briskey, Shorty Price, John Phillips and Brian Downing. As for players with their own "Too Much Bama" you might add the embarrassing examples of: Jermaine Burton, Darwin Holt and Tommy Lewis et al...

They started to arrest Biscuit for killing the Notre Dame qb at Legon Field one Saturday a while back.
The hardest hit I ever saw in person. When the lick was passed no one moved .Lou Holtz turned white.
I felt Jim Birline was dead. One of his teammates went over to him and shook him , and he moved.
It was a miracle.

See, the thing is, if you don't spend all your time hugging trees and living the hippie lifestyle, you have so much more time for other stuff.

I know you put a lot of research into this (for that, you really need to get help btw) but Traeshon Holden was never even charged and Jerry Jeudy had the charges dropped and thats just the ones I know about.
