You're right, Hurricane Joaquin had no bearing on all that rainfall that led to the flooding.

You do realize that the flooding was caused by rain, right?

And you do realize that rain accompanies hurricanes, right?

When you say, "a completely different situation", what do you mean by "completely different"? Because flooding from rain induced by a tropical event really isn't that different from what we've been discussing the past coulle of days.

Now the pension funds in Lichtenstein, THAT'S an example of COMPLETELY different. No rain, no flooding, no tropical events, no college, no football. Completely different.
