Well, one conference comes close to doing it each year. Guess who.

It's usually a non power conference like the WAC. Bowl games are too unpredictable to have any confidence in how an entire conference will be prepared

The only SEC bowl game I've been wrong about so far is MSU. I picked Miami to win, and I was kind of right about that one as well.
