TN has been doing this for years to keep a democrat in congress from Shelby County (Memphis). Shelby is the only county in the state that has split voting districts.

18 federal convictions don't equate to a slap on the wrist. This woman is generally disliked by most in the state of Florida and DC - she's getting the book thrown at her.

My own county in MS(Madison) is split, for the same reasons
