I posted it because I felt like I was in a Monty Python movie...walking through the grove while all these people held up corn dogs............I laughed.

I got called a corndog the whole weekend too. Didn't bother me at all. Then some jackass said I smelled like a corndog and funnel cake. I told him that he's not American if he didn't like funnel cake and he was like, "yeah you're right, funnel cake is awesome."

I agree with the original post.
It has to have some basis in truth to have any emotional resonance with me.
If someone calls me CORNDOG, it is like if they called me Garden Trowel.
It makes no sense, it has no basis in anything that might actually be a sore point or a weak point.
It just makes the person saying it appear to be out of ideas.
But feel free, say what makes you happy.
