We have scored a total of 3 points in non-garbage time against Ole Miss in the last 2 years.
I think they'll be better than you're giving them credit for. And on top of that, we were lucky to pull out victories the two years before that.

The schedule is front loaded, which helps a bit-- you want the best teams you play to still be figuring things out a bit rather than hitting full stride.
Ole Miss has a pretty huge advantage with a proven QB, over many of the folks on their schedule-- and CK played his absolute best football the back half of last year, showing real progress. That's trouble, if he's that consistent right out of the gate this year.
On the other side of the ball, I thought at times they got ND- obsessed, in terms of scheming to get him one on one match ups. With a 104th ranked pass defense last year I really don't see them winning 8 games. They lost most of their pass rush which will make their weak secondary even worse. Opposing teams will look like B-52's on downtown Baghdad this year and they won't be able to stop it.

Well because Ole Miss always plays LSU to the wire, so I can' really put it down as a sure win. I think you drop at least one between, Bama, Arky and LSU but not all three. So to me Bama is the most likely.
