Mitch was later hospitalized with the hip injury, which became infected and required a blood transfusion. Freshman Lorenzo Nunez and junior Perry Orth started the remainder of USC’s games with Mitch sidelined. Although he was cleared to return to practice later in the season, the strength and weight he lost during recovery led coaches to keep him on the bench.

Nunez might make some noise, but I've heard speculation about him moving to WR? Not too sure there honestly, but I imagine it'll be an "open competition" until fall practice.
