Because the pitching isn’t deep enough. Sweeps will be rare with this team

Kinda what I’m thinking, too.
I mean, there a reason these guys (usually) pitch on Sundays, but this was pathetic.

No need to take anything away from Bama by blaming our hurlers for poor pitching.
Bama’s guys were simply mashing the ball. End of story.

Pitching isn’t our problem, hitting is disgusting. It’s hard to watch. Unless they bust out of this slump no pitching in the world can save them.
We just had 2-0 lead with no hits and a passed ball to score one of those runs. We won last night with a passed ball being one of our two runs.
Can’t win like that.

We have the opposite issue. A&M is built for supers but could have trouble getting out of Regionals due to a lack of pitching.

I haven’t seen aggie play but I’ve read here how great their staff is. I see they got 10 runs scored against them and wondered how that’s possible.
It was a legitimate question. Understand now or do I need to draw you a picture.
