I Vandy beats Wake wins their Bowl Game they will be 9-4 which would be their best finish in at least 100 years, right?

Almost 100 years
From what I can tell, Mcgugin's last 9 win season was in 1915. If we finish 8-4, that'll be our best regular season since 1982.

It depends if you count wins or winning pct. 1955's 8-3 record is better than 9-4 based on winning pct.

yeah, northwestern loss not a good game for the sec. B1G was hanging their hat on that one early in the season.
