Different sport, but Saban is a dick and is arguably the best coach in football.
There are exceptions, but good coaches have certain personalities that tend to make them good and a lot of those personality traits fall in line with them also being dicks.

The baseball fan in me wants to see Vandy and USCe there as well, but the LSU fan in me doesn't want any part of either of those teams.

I hope not. State is one of the few teams that have a pitching staff that could last in a place like Omaha and match up well against LSU.
